Bryce joined Pagewood in 2026 as a Property Accountant. In this role, he manages the monthly close process and account reconciliations across the firm’s portfolio and prepares the financial reporting that supports Pagewood’s investor communications. Bryce works closely with the Controller to keep the firm’s books accurate and its reporting timely and reliable.

Bryce brings two years of commercial real estate accounting experience to the Pagewood team. Prior to joining Pagewood, he was an accountant at Triten, where he oversaw accounting for more than 40 commercial and industrial assets. He began his career as an accountant at Greystar, managing the books for a nine-property multifamily portfolio.

Bryce graduated from the University of Houston–Clear Lake with a dual major in Finance and Accounting, which he completed while working full time to pay his way through school. He will begin his Master of Accounting in January 2027 and plans to start the CPA licensure process in June 2027. Outside of work, Bryce can usually be found on the golf course, cheering on the Seattle Seahawks, or behind the grill.
