At Pagewood, we believe the best way to learn commercial real estate is by being part of it — not watching from the sidelines.
We are seeking a motivated, curious, and driven intern who is passionate about commercial real estate and excited to gain real-world experience across all product types (focused on industrial, housting and adaptive reuse projects) inside a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This internship is designed for individuals eager to learn, ready to contribute, and excited to grow alongside a collaborative and ambitious team.
This is more than an internship — it’s an opportunity to understand how deals happen, how properties evolve, and how a modern, data-driven real estate company operates from the inside.
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
8-10 week paid program (late May - June)
Hands-on experience in commercial real estate investments, operations, and our culture
Exposure to Pagewood’s proprietary data-science platform, property tours, financial modeling, etc.
Develop skills in market research, investment analsysis, operational strategy and other departments through our vertically integrated platform
Junior / Senior Class
Business, Finance, Data-science or other relationed Major
3.8 GPA+
