Everett serves as Vice President, where he is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and executing industrial development and value-add acquisition opportunities for Pagewood.
Since joining Pagewood in 2024, originally as an Investment Analyst, Everett has quickly become an integral member of the investment team, playing a key role in several high-impact transactions while supporting the firm’s current portfolio.
Most notably, he was instrumental in the acquisition and closing of 2121 Brittmoore, a 292,000-square-foot, 13-building industrial park in Northwest Houston. Everett supported all phases of the transaction, including underwriting, market analysis, due diligence coordination, and execution. In addition to acquisitions, Everett has contributed to the development & disposition process of Mosielee Commerce Park, a 429,698 square-foot industrial development, supporting the project from planning through execution and helping drive delivery on an accelerated timeline. His ability to operate across multiple workstreams and perform under tight schedules has been critical to advancing key initiatives.
Before joining Pagewood, Everett was a Capital Markets Analyst at JLL, where he contributed to the underwriting, marketing, and closing of over $1.2 billion in financing transactions across a diverse range of asset types, including multifamily, industrial, retail, and office.
Everett holds a B.S. in Finance from St. Edward's University, where he was a student-athlete, and a Master of Science in Finance from The University of Texas. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, watching his favorite sports teams, and volunteering on the Breeder's Greeters Committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Everett and his wife, Tennille, just welcomed their first baby boy this spring.
