Julie joined Pagewood in 2026 as a Property Manager, with over 27 years of experience in commercial and facility management. She is responsible for maintaining the properties across the Pagewood portfolio.

Before joining Pagewood, Julie served as the Senior Facility Manager for Kiewit Corporation, where she managed a facility of 271,989 square feet in the Energy Corridor and another site of 103,032 square feet in The Woodlands. Previously, she held key management roles at Fuller Realty, NAI Partners, Metro National, and Kenton Place in North Carolina, where she managed a mixed-use facility and a 99-acre industrial park.

Julie has extensive expertise in tenant relations, capital projects, construction management, budgets, common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations, and emergency planning. She has developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and is known for her responsive approach.
