Leticia Henry joined Pagewood in 2025 as a Property Coordinator. She is responsible for maintaining vendor and tenant relationships while supporting the Property Management team across Pagewood’s portfolio.

Leticia is an accomplished Property Manager with extensive experience overseeing large, mixed-use commercial portfolios, including office, retail, garage, and flex-space assets. Known for her strong organizational skills, financial expertise, and ability to enhance operational performance, she has built a reputation for delivering consistent results, strengthening tenant relationships, and ensuring properties operate at peak efficiency.

From 2006 to the present, Leticia has gained diverse and valuable experience in commercial real estate through roles with Howard Hughes, Weingarten Realty, Inland American, Festival Management Corporation, Fidelis Realty, and Richland Investments. Her background includes deep knowledge of property operations, lease compliance, budgeting, tenant services, and vendor management.
