Moneicia Armant joined Pagewood in 2025 as the Property Coordinator. She is responsible for maintaining vendor and tenant relationships and assisting the Property Management team with Pagewood’s portfolio.

Before joining Pagewood, Moneicia possessed an extensive background in the multifamily housing sector, spanning from 2016 to 2022. During this period, she built a remarkable tenure with industry leaders such as Greystar and Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout her career, Moneicia navigated various roles, gaining invaluable experience that began on-site and ultimately led to her transition into a focus on commercial real estate in 2022. In her most recent position as an Assistant Property Manager with the Festival Companies, she adeptly managed a mixed-use center that featured a dynamic combination of luxury retail, office spaces, and multifamily units.
