Another Investment Analyst Joins Team Pagewood

Daniel joined Pagewood in 2025 as an Investment Analyst, bringing over four years of capital markets experience to the Pagewood team. In this role, he is responsible for underwriting ground-up development, adaptive reuse, and value-add acquisitions, as well as analyzing market trends and supporting execution throughout the entire project life cycle.

Prior to joining Pagewood, Daniel was a Senior Debt & Equity Analyst at Berkadia, where he contributed to the underwriting, marketing, and closing of over $1.6 billion in financing transactions across multifamily and mixed-use assets around the country for a variety of institutional and middle-market clients.  

Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Finance from Sewanee: The University of the South. During his time at Sewanee, Daniel was a four-year member and senior captain of the Varsity Men’s Lacrosse team and member of the Sportsman’s House. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, traveling, live music, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
