Susan joined Pagewood in 2025 bringing thirty years of multi-family investment experience to the team.  Susan will take a lead role in helping scale Pagewood’s portfolio from $250mm to over $1B in multiple Texas markets within the next four years.

Susan previously served as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions for the Barvin Group for five years, VP, Acquisitions at Resource REI for five years and KC Venture Group for over ten years managing all aspects of the multi-family acquisition process from sourcing, underwriting, negotiating the transaction, financing, and closing.  Creating the business plans that drive performance, she continued to monitor the investment during their hold period.  Susan has acquired apartment communities from coast to coast, closing over $4B and 35,000 units.
